Metro's Corporate Legal Affairs Department is looking for a lawyer.
Main functions:
- Analyze and collaborate in the internal processes carried out by the different managements of the company.
- Control and prevent company risks in processes with third parties and State bodies.
- Conduct legal defense in lawsuits involving the company.
Minimum
requirements : Requirements:
- Lawyer title
- Knowledge of legal issues of civil law (contractual, tort, obligations), commercial (companies, insolvency), procedural (civil, commercial, labor lawsuits) and corporate aspects.
- Over 2 years of experience after the graduation date.
