Purpose of the position
In charge of carrying out administrative tasks inside and outside the work. Its function will be to carry out procedures with the clients, banking, in the central office; as well as in other types of procedures that are necessary in the works.
Main Responsibilities
- Know and provide feedback on ICAFAL's management system.
- Carry out procedures that are required in the works
- Coordinate receipt of documents.
- Dispatch correspondence.
- Carry out banking procedures, notarial procedures, and in general all kinds of procedures that are required.
- Provide general support in the different processes of the work.
Profile requirements
- Studies: Complete high school.
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience. Ideally experience in administrative procedures.
