Metro de Santiago, is in search of an AGENT OF CHANGE, who must evaluate, implement and direct the development of improvement projects in Metro's business processes, based on the application of methodologies and practices that generate impact both in the performance indicators of the process and in the behavior of the personnel involved, contributing to the management of change and adherence to the models implemented in both leaders and related work teams.

Among its main functions are:
- Evaluate process improvement focuses based on information gathering, proposing projects according to continuous improvement methodology.
- Coordinate, develop and implement improvement projects and process intervention.
- Lead the areas and leaders in the change management process associated with improvement projects with a focus on operational excellence and the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
- Review and analyze the performance of business process indicators (KPI / KBI).
- Carry out training for the different team members and stakeholders in the methodologies used for continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements:
-Training: 8 or 10 semester degree degree
Knowledge: Design, Marketing, management of continuous improvement projects, change management
- Experience: have at least 5 years of experience after the degree date in areas to be completed .
