• Receipt and Derivation of Tickets from the help desk.
• Cross-tracking of your tickets that are not resolved
• Identify errors in the field, technical and / or logistics, have the ability to manage their resolution.
• Systemic Asset Request.

• Studies: technical graduates, graduates or in progress, in related careers such as Networks, programming, etc.
• Knowledge: Windows operating systems, IOS, office, configuration of printers of different brands, etc.
