Entel Contact Center Company is currently looking for a Command Center Agent to perform the following functions:
- Receipt and Derivation of Tickets from the help desk.
- Cross-tracking of your tickets that are not resolved
- Identify errors in the field, technical and / or logistics, have the ability to manage their resolution.
- Systemic Asset Request.

- Studies: technical graduates, graduates or in progress, in related careers such as Networks, programming, etc.
- Knowledge: Windows operating systems, IOS, office, configuration of printers of different brands, etc.
