The Marketplace Management seeks to incorporate a Sellers Support Analyst to its team.
Main responsibilities
- Monitoring of new accounts and initial registration request in different Falabella platforms.
- Training of the operational flow, direct contact for sellers doubts and general inquiries using SVL.
- Doubts about publication and creation of brands.
- Payments and billing, logistics, services and fees.
- Resolution of problems in emergency situations, correction of prices, stock, descriptions etc. and, product creation.
Profile requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Desirable previous experience in customer service or support.
- Intermediate Excel handling.
- Desirable basic-intermediate English.
- Desirable knowledge in E-commerce.
