Descripción

The specialist must have the ability to resolve medium / high customer requests supported by both the existing documentation and the technical knowledge that he or she possesses.

It should evaluate improvements proposed by the different teams of the Operations Center, determining technical feasibility and implementing team, whether it is internal or scaling levels 2 and 3.

Main responsibilities

  • Evaluator and implementer of improvements.
  • Solver of incidents of greater complexity.
  • Crisis Room participant.
  • Support in checking platforms.
  • Support for the management and referral of client requests.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly service reports.

Profile requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in attracting customers level 1
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of database
  • Basic knowledge of VMWare
  • Desirable; Basic knowledge of SAP Basis.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (EJ: Nagios)
  • Desirable knowledge of request management tool like ServiceNow
  • Studies: Execution Engineer in computer science or similar.
