Within the framework of Law 21.015, which encourages the hiring of people with disabilities into the world of work, we are looking for a Contract Administration Analyst for our client Mallplaza.
The objective of the position is to ensure that the administration flow of the contracts in SAP platform of our clients / operators is fulfilled in a correct and timely manner, managing the issuance of the documents that arise from this process. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures defined by the company.
We are looking for people with the ability to work under pressure, organized, customer-oriented, proactive and always looking to improve and optimize their work.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct creation of new contracts in SAP.
- Enter all the necessary contract / modification information in SAP.
- Generate the necessary coordination and orientation with internal clients and suppliers.
- Manage contracts for the mass billing process.
- Manage the issuance of documents.
- Develop and innovate in the processes of the area, improving the execution times in the tasks and always ensuring the continuous improvement of the processes.
- Attend and present at area meetings in person or by videoconference.
Profile Requirements
- Professional training: Technician in Business Administration / Accounting or career to finish.
- Experience: Desirable 6 months
- Specific knowledge: Knowledge in SAP (exclusive), Intermediate Office, Basic tax knowledge, Desirable knowledge in REALSTATE.
