What are we looking for?
Falabella Retail's Marketplace Management seeks to incorporate an Operations Analyst to its team .
Main responsibilities
- Track, analyze and manage products with high percentages of returns.
- Reduce the percentage of exchanges and returns with corrective actions.
- Direct support for the reverse logistics operation; tracking of traceability and fines.
- Review and implementation of technical service.
- Search and implementation of improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Excluding: intermediate Excel handling.
- Desirable knowledge in E-commerce post-sale or experience in post-sale in general.
