The ADP company is responsible for providing technological solutions for Human Capital Management worldwide. It offers a wide range of HR, payroll, talent management, and tax and benefits administration tools and helps clients keep up with regulatory and legal changes.

CHORES:

Provide technical support to the different ADP software to associated clients. The worker must have customer service management through phone call or email.
The job is developed on the 16th, 17th and 18th floors of the building that is located at Avenida Apoquindo 5400 in the commune of Las Condes.
The position must learn and acquire skills regarding the software and protocols associated with customer service by telephone, use of the software platform, under the supervision of a consultant or head, developing administrative tasks for future customer service.

RESPONSABILIDADES
Realizar soporte técnico a los distintos softwares de ADP a los clientes asociados. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los horarios asignados.
Facilitar disposición ante cualquier situación compleja con el cliente y saber prestar las herramientas necesarias para la satisfacción de este.
Atención mesa de ayuda de ADP Payroll.

CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS
• Estudios superiores o técnicos.
• Carreras: Administración, Contador Auditor, Recursos Humanos.
• Conocimiento en Remuneración.
• Experiencia en Servicio al Cliente.
