Metro de Santiago requires a Labor Psychologist with at least 1 year of experience to work as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to carry out complete processes.
The mission of the position is to lead the search for processes for the different managements of the company, carrying out the analysis of the positions, profile surveys, selection interviews by competencies and at the same time positioning itself as an advisor for the internal clients of the entire company.
Among its main functions are:
- Develop the complete recruitment and selection process for both internal and external candidates of the organization.
- Present candidates according to the profile requested by the business areas.
- Make strategic alliances with Universities and Professional Institutes.
Requirements:
- Professional title of Psychologist.
- At least 1 years of experience carrying out complete recruitment and selection processes (in consulting firms and / or companies) .
