Company in the field of disability and orthopedics requires a Branch Host for our branch in Santiago (Ciudad Empresarial, Huechuraba), for half a day, in the afternoons, from 15.30 to 19.45.
Among its functions you will find:
- Receive, attend and show our products to clients. A good presentation, patience and cordiality of attention are relevant. It involves the handling of large and somewhat heavy products, such as neurological cars and standing rods.
- Generate the administrative procedure of the sale when appropriate.
- Maintain fluid communication with the parent company in Valdivia, using remote work technology tools such as Skype, Workplace, etc.
- Keep the office and showroom orderly and keep control of the inventory of cleaning products, cafeteria, etc., for optimal operation.
- Customer service through technological means.
- Receive and dispatch merchandise when appropriate.
- Keep constantly studying and learning about the products, in order to provide exceptional customer service.
- Generation of new business.
We do not require any particular professional or technical degree (although studies related to the health area are desirable), but more important to us are the desire to learn, study and the motivation to help the client, even if it means losing a sale in some cases. , for example if the product is not suitable.
It is also important for us to know if you would need some type of adaptation in particular based on the disability, and if you have the possibility of handling products, as mentioned above, something large and heavy.
