Within the framework of Law 21.015, which encourages the hiring of people with disabilities into the world of work, we are looking for people who want to work in a collaborative, committed and efficient environment.
We are looking for people with technical studies and ideally with experience in administrative positions (accounting, human resources, finance, others), to join our organization.

Its main functions are:

  1. Internal and external customer service, mainly in person.
  2. Receipt, order and delivery of documents.
  3. Digitize information according to the requirements of the area.
  4. Update of area information.
  5. Coordination and Payment of suppliers through the SAP platform.
  6. Preparation and interpretation of reports corresponding to the area.
  7. Organization of events, birthdays, gift giving, among others.

Requirements:

  • Studies in Administration Technician, Human Resources Technician or related studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
  • Medium or advanced use of Excel, google mail.
  • Personal skills: Service oriented, responsible, oriented to compliance with standards, with excellent interpersonal relationships, affable, meticulous and orderly.
