The objective of the position of Administrative Assistant of Human Resources is to support all administrative processes related to the management of people in the organization, channeling the requirements of internal and external clients and providing a service experience to clients.

Its main functions are:

  1. Internal and external customer service, mainly in person.
  2. Receipt, order and delivery of documents.
  3. Digitize information according to the requirements of the area.
  4. Update of area information.
  5. Coordination and Payment of suppliers through the SAP platform.
  6. Preparation and interpretation of reports corresponding to the area.
  7. Organization of events, birthdays, gift giving, among others.

Requirements to apply:

  • Studies in Administration Technician, Human Resources Technician or related studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
  • Medium or advanced use of Excel, google mail.
  • Good command of oral and written language (vocabulary, grammar, spelling, writing, etc.).

We are looking for a person who is orderly and planned. That he can keep control of the different processes and procedures entrusted to him. Very team-oriented and with excellent interpersonal relationships and customer orientation.
