At LL Consulting we are looking for an Operations Assistant, if the objective will be the cleaning of the branch and preparation of cars to be delivered, they are in charge of the transfer of the washed vehicles
Main responsibilities
- Office toilet
- Deep cleaning of bathrooms, with necessary supplies for an excellent result. Eliminate all types of items other than bathroom accessories: cups, glasses, magazines, etc.
- Cleaning the vehicle yard: Remove papers, leaves, glasses, bags, remove dust accumulated in the yard with shovels and broom, and / or sheltered on the wheels of the units. Reach all the limits of the showcase, includes front fence, fishing end, under office, workshop entrance.
- Maintain order of the showcase: The order of the showcase is determined by the sales force and its leadership, therefore, they must maintain this order, location, position, distances, alignment of the front, signs on the windshield, S&I company license plate , put paper floors in driver and passenger seats, check daily the correct location and cleaning of rubber and paper floors, keep front seats aligned, keep headrests aligned at the same height.
- Limpiar vehículos de vitrina: Según las condiciones climáticas, diariamente deben lavar unidades en vitrina, quitar letreros en parabrisas, levantar brazo limpia parabrisas, repasar neumáticos, y parte de goma de la unidad con renovador de goma.
- Recepcionar orden de accesorio e ir a buscar a bodega. (Gata, llave de rueda, equipo de normo, pisos de goma u otros)
- Entregar a vendedor (jamás a cliente final) accesorio solicitado a través de orden de accesorio.
- Instalar la unidad respectiva en vehículo, una vez aprobado por el vendedor.
- Orden de la playa de vitrina
- Compra y control de bencina
- Control de accesorios de vehículos en salas de ventas
- Traslado de vehículos para trámites como: tasaciones u otros.
- Apoyo en otras tareas o trámites especificados por Jefe de sucursal.
- Participation in meetings called or advised by the Head of the branch or higher levels of the company.
Profile requirements
- Minimum Education: Complete secondary education.
- Minimum Experience: Desirable experience of at least 2 months in similar positions.
- Critical Skills of the Position: Honesty, responsibility, order, safety and rigor in their work.
