If you want to belong to the leading Retail company in Chile and Latin America, Falabella Retail invites you to be part of its team. The Marketplace Management seeks to incorporate into its team a person whose main functions will be:
-Monitoring of new accounts and initial registration request in different Falabella platforms.
-Training of the operational flow.
-Direct contact for questions about sellers.
-General inquiries I use SVL.
-Doubts of publication and creation of brands.
-Payments and billing.
-Logistics.
-Services and rates.
-Resolution of problems in emergency situation.
-Correction of prices, stock, descriptions etc.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience.
-Studies in: Technician or Engineer in Administration, Commercial Engineering or related career.
-Desirable previous experience in customer service or support.
-Intermediate Excel management.
