Purpose of the position:
Support in the operation of supplies and materials warehouses through the purchase, reception, storage, control and delivery of supplies and materials. Support must be provided from the quotation and acquisition of materials and supplies, to their delivery to the field or their final disposal.
Main responsibilities
- Support the quotation of supplies and materials, receive, ensure a permanent stock of products, dispatch and keep a clear record of stocks.
- Ensure the maintenance of the good condition of materials stored in the warehouse and / or collected in the yard of the work.
- Register entry and exit of warehouse material and equipment.
- Maintain an updated record of the location of the substances in the warehouses, as well as the relevant safety data sheets or sheets.
- Support in administrative tasks such as invoice control.
Profile Requirements
- Studies: Execution Engineer in Business Administration, Complete High School or equivalent. It is desirable to have knowledge of the Iconstruye shopping portal and have basic knowledge of computer systems at the user level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in construction companies.
