Ejecutivo Atención Comercial – Oportunidad para personas con discapacidad

We are looking for a person to fill the position of Commercial Service Executive. He will be responsible for serving our customers in Branches, providing effective solutions to their requirements and loyalty through excellence in the quality of care and sale of our products and services to ensure their satisfaction with Entel.

Tasks to do:

• Attend to the commercial requirements of our clients, maximizing the level of satisfaction and loyalty in each interaction.
• Clearly and precisely explain to our clients the solution delivered, applying the policies defined for each case.
• Carry out the sales management of our products and services, ensuring compliance with the Order entry policies.
• Carry out the most efficient retention management in the event of resignation intentions from our clients, ensuring the application of defined policies and procedures.
• Stay informed and constantly trained in the systems of their position and in the products / services offered by the company.
• Deliver excellence in the quality of care.
• Manage the flow of customers directing them to the defined service area.
• Educate and support the customer in the use of self-service terminals and remote channels.
