We are looking for an Account Executive for the Customer Service area, whose objective will be to coordinate customer requirements, channeling needs and providing timely follow-up to provide an effective response to customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of clients assigned through telephone and mail service, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of the goals.
- Control and monitor the dispatch of products through the transport area so that the cargo reaches the requested destination, complying with the times assigned to the client.
- Manage functions in the SAP system such as: dispatches, credit notes, requesting sample orders and product replacement.
Profile Requirements
- Technical studies (administration or related).
- Experience in customer service, by phone or in person. (ideal 2 years).
- Management of SAP (not mandatory).
