The Multiskill executive is a service expert whose mission is to resolve doubts and guide customers on what services and products meet their needs, in order to improve the customer experience in Stores and Kiosks. In this sense, it is capable of translating the benefits, characteristics and functions of our services and products in a language appropriate to the client.
Principal functions:
- Personalize each service according to the client, delivering a natural and close service.
- Understand and understand the needs of the client, delivering all the possibilities of services and products available in WOM.
- Solve customer doubts from the beginning to the end of the sales process, generating the best customer experience.
- Ensure excellence in care and service, compliance with the care protocol and commercial policies.
- Carry out the necessary tests of the service / product with the client.
- Responsible for the custody of the securities associated with the sales functions and the strict compliance with the procedures for their delivery.
- Ensure compliance with the opening and closing of the store and all those security procedures implemented.
Profile requirements:
- Non-exclusive higher and / or technical studies.
- Experience in: Customer Service / Sales.
- Required work experience: 2 years
- Required technical knowledge: Customer Experience, Smartphones, Cell phone technology accessories, Sales Systems
