Descripción

People are required to work as technical support telephone executives to provide assistance to officials, attend to requests and make the corresponding referrals.

The service works from Monday to Sunday. The work is for 45 hours a week 5x2 (two days off a week) and you must have availability to work in rotating shifts within the following time band as general availability. (Shifts are planned and assigned on a monthly basis):

Time band (general availability): 9:00 AM - 00:00 hrs

Mobile is provided at home in case of leaving from 22:00 hrs onwards.

Due to national contingency, for now we will work in TELEWORK mode, that is, from the comfort of your home. To do this, you must have a stable Internet connection at home, your own computer (it can be a notebook or desktop PC) and it must be connected to a fixed network point during work hours. When the situation returns to normal, the functions will be carried out on the call center platform in person.

Requirements:
-Unfinished studies, graduates or graduates, from technical training centers or professional institutes and / or universities in careers such as; Computer science, telecommunications, Networks, related careers.
- Desirable work experience in help desks, techniques.

TRAINING: If you are selected, you must have availability to do an Online training for about 15 days.
