Descripción

Responsible for corporate communication as well as carrying out integration activities, planning events and carrying out communication channels such as our employee portal, newsletters, surveys and evaluations, as well as organizational development and the management of the benefits of our employees, complying with the guidelines delivered by Head of Human Resources.

FUNCTIONS

  • Define, together with the Head of Human Resources , the Institution's corporate communication policy and strategy
    .
  • Design, plan and implement the organization's corporate communication plan.
  • Prepare the communication plan providing content to the different channels.
  • Coordinate its work with the other areas of the organization (Risk Prevention, Corporate Marketing, Communication, Press, Public Relations, Institutional Relations).
  • Propose actions that make known to the rest of the organization the projects and initiatives that are carried out in Human Resources.
  • Support and promote the development of the Fourthane culture.
  • Guidance to internal staff regarding queries or doubts that may be had in the wellness area, specifically health insurance, awarding of benefits and discounts.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the position of at least 1 year.
  • Studies in: Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations or related career.
  • Knowledge of Office intermediate / advanced level.
  • Desirable knowledge in graphic editing programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesing.
  • Desirable management or knowledge of HR or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Order and attention to details.
  • Availability to travel inside the country.
