We are looking for a Studies Specialist, who will aim to be in charge of both internal and external studies that we carry out at the company level.
Main responsibilities
- Maintain the operation of the internal satisfaction survey platform (Qualtrics), ensuring the correct use of the databases and supporting the areas in the use of the feedback collected.
- Support the different areas that require studies to design them, manage their application with our suppliers and lower the results.
- Conduct internal recurring studies (Benchmarks, Market Overviews, etc.)
Profile requirements
- Studies of Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related careers.
- Advanced Excel,
- Intermediate SQL
- CEM tools (Qualtrics desirable)
- Minimum experience 2 years.
