Main responsibilities

• Nespresso brand ambassador, the collaborator will have to maintain the standards in relation to clothing, hairstyle and attitude, since it is a Premium line
• Offer full Nespresso sales ceremony, from greeting customers to introducing them to the boutique, always maintaining a proactive approach with customers. Knowing all the products and their own characteristics.
• Invite customers to Nespresso tastings.
• Manage the basic after-sales service for the machines.
• Contribute to maintaining the best configuration of the Boutique, ensuring that the store areas are in compliance with operational standards.

Profile requirements

• Studies: Complete high school.
• 2 years experience in sales.
• Having worked in luxury stores.
