Purpose of the position

The main purpose of the position will be to monitor the relationship with workers, unions and collaborators, in turn, it will ensure compliance with labor regulations within the company, coordinating the flow of information between unions, work tables, executives and workers according to the guidelines defined by the corporate, in order to contribute to the identification and mitigation of risks, collaborating in the construction of opportunities in the employer-worker relationship.

Principal functions:
  1. Ensures an adequate and fluid relationship with unions and Company workers, collaborating in the application of performance management and labor discipline models and maintaining a work agenda with Unions, Sports Clubs, Bipartite Committees and joint organizations, as appropriate.
  2. Monitorea la correcta aplicación y cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente en empresas colaboradoras y en Proyectos.
  3. Asesora y asiste en los procesos de negociación colectiva, asegurando el flujo de información y análisis entre ejecutivos, sindicatos, grupos negociadores y trabajadores.
  4. Colabora en la resolución de contingencias laborales y realizar seguimiento a la ejecución de acciones planeadas y de acuerdos con trabajadores y sindicatos.
  5. Prepara reportes acerca de relaciones laborales, clima laboral, contingencias, dotaciones de EECC, negociaciones colectivas, juicios laborales, efectuando seguimiento a las acciones comprometidas.

Requisitos:

  1. Título profesional en Ingeniería, Administración o Ciencias Sociales.
  2. Experiencia de al menos 3 años en cargos similares, en administración de personas y relaciones laborales.
  3. Experience in contract administration and labor law enforcement.
  4. Knowledge in contract, compensation and welfare administration.
  5. Experience providing advice on people management and labor relations for critical contracts.
  6. Availability to work under shift on site.
