Description
The functions of the position will be:
1. Evaluate alternative solutions to infrastructure problems in corporate buildings.
2. Check and supervise improvement work carried out by external companies.
3. Coordinate work with a maintenance and cleaning company.
4. Responsible for the creation and management of the preventive maintenance plan for buildings
5. Manage improvement plans with contractors
High availability for contingencies.

Education / Schooling Technical / university
Specialization Construction
Experience (years + area) 3 years customer service (not exclusive)
Other knowledge: Intermediate Excel
