Main Objectives

  • Support in the definition and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned category, according to corporate policy, in order to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of the business.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the category, the consumer and the shopper (insight).
  • Build and maintain brand equity through efficient communication with the consumer and / or shopper.
  • Ensure innovation and renewal for the long-term development of brands.
  • Develop and effectively lead interactions between the marketing team and other areas to ensure alignment with business objectives and tactics.
  • Plan and comply with the timing of Marketing activities, integrating other areas.

Profile requirements

  • Title of commercial engineer, Marketing or related area.
  • 4 or more years of experience working in marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs.
  • Ability to work with multi-functional and diverse teams.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Technical skills: advanced management of Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel).
