Main Objectives
- Support in the definition and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned category, according to corporate policy, in order to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of the business.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the category, the consumer and the shopper (insight).
- Build and maintain brand equity through efficient communication with the consumer and / or shopper.
- Ensure innovation and renewal for the long-term development of brands.
- Develop and effectively lead interactions between the marketing team and other areas to ensure alignment with business objectives and tactics.
- Plan and comply with the timing of Marketing activities, integrating other areas.
Profile requirements
- Title of commercial engineer, Marketing or related area.
- 4 or more years of experience working in marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs.
- Ability to work with multi-functional and diverse teams.
- Advanced English level.
- Technical skills: advanced management of Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel).
