Main Responsibilities
- Support in the definition and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned category, according to corporate policy, in order
to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of the business. - Develop a deep knowledge of the category, the consumer and the shopper (insight) and integrate this knowledge in their
proposals. - Participate in the localization and implementation and evaluation of a communication campaign for products, promotions and business sustainability strategy
. - Ensure innovation and renewal for the long-term development of brands.
- Develop effective interactions between the marketing team and other areas to ensure alignment with the objectives and tactics
of business - Plan and comply with the timing of Marketing activities, integrating other areas in the process.
- Analyze product performance and participate in portfolio optimization.
Profile Requirements:
- Title of commercial engineer, Civil Industrial, related career.
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience working in marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs.
- Ability to work with multi-functional and diverse teams.
- Advanced English level.
- Technical skills: advanced management of Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel).
