Main Responsibilities

  • Support in the definition and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned category, according to corporate policy, in order
    to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of the business.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the category, the consumer and the shopper (insight) and integrate this knowledge in their
    proposals.
  • Participate in the localization and implementation and evaluation of a communication campaign for products, promotions and business sustainability strategy
    .
  • Ensure innovation and renewal for the long-term development of brands.
  • Develop effective interactions between the marketing team and other areas to ensure alignment with the objectives and tactics
    of business
  • Plan and comply with the timing of Marketing activities, integrating other areas in the process.
  • Analyze product performance and participate in portfolio optimization.

Profile Requirements:

  • Title of commercial engineer, Civil Industrial, related career.
  • Between 1 and 2 years of experience working in marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs.
  • Ability to work with multi-functional and diverse teams.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Technical skills: advanced management of Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel).
