Within the framework of Law 21.015, which encourages the hiring of people with disabilities to the world of work, we are looking for a Logistics Project Engineer for our client Lahsen.
We are an organization dedicated to the manufacture of bicycles, exercise machines and home furnishings.
We seek to deliver a quality service to our clients through the distribution of our different products available at various points of sale and Retail companies in the country.
The objective of the position is to carry out, under the supervision of the Head of Operations, the analysis activities of the company's logistics process and the management and optimization of the warehouse inventory aimed at continuous improvement of the operations area.
The main functions are:
- Review of email, SAP, requests and process status. Telephone and online contact with retail customers and suppliers.
- Documentary management: Review of the status of the documentation, digitize the documentation and tenders.
- Derive documentation and operation according to the corresponding area. Follow-up of the operation.
- Planificación del área logísitca. Diseñar y proponer forma de funcionamiento del área logística.
- Optimizar proceso de almacenamiento: Encargado de la optimización y gestión del inventario del almacén, realizar estudios relacionados al inventario y planificar estrategias de optimización.
Requisitos:
- Civil Industrial, Ing. Logístico, Ing. en Transporte, Ing. Comercial o Ing. en Control de Gestión.
- Excel Avanzado (fórmulas básicas, tablas dinámicas).
- Experiencia en el Área de Logística u Operaciones de al menos un año.
- SAP – Módulo Business One (no excluyente).
Buscamos una persona que pueda desempeñarse de forma ordenada y metódica. Logrando ser autónomo en su gestión diaria, siendo comprometido con sus responsabilidades y la organización. Así como también, que cuente con excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
Working hours : Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30.
