The main purpose of the position will be to  consolidate the budget on site, providing support and providing templates and other tools to the line during the process, and generate annual, monthly and weekly performance reports, monitoring the project execution plan. (in coordination with project managers), in order to contribute to the availability of relevant information for decision-making, raising alerts of deviations when appropriate and with the evaluation of improvement initiatives.

1.- Leading and consolidating the process of monitoring budget deviations, generating instances of internal control and participation.

2.-Interact with each business unit to generate annual, monthly and weekly performance reports.

3.-Consolida información para los modelos financieros, caso Base, plan de negocios y forecast de la Gerencia Operaciones Mina & Planta.

4.- Interactuar y consolidar con áreas de su alcance, para analizar desvíos respecto del presupuesto y generar inputs para el Flash Report en coordinación con áreas contables.

5.-Generar y consolidar informe mensual de gestión incluyendo: producción, costo, CapEx, hechos relevantes, seguridad, dotaciones, estados financieros, etc.

6.-Proponer opciones de mejora en la Gerencia Operaciones Mina & Planta con el fin de contribuir a la rentabilidad del negocio.

7.-Preparar y consolidar presentaciones con Presupuesto, Proyecciones de resultados para el Directorio de la compañía, OPR, IMM, y otras presentaciones Ad-hoc a miembros ejecutivos.

1. Professional title of Civil Engineer, Civil Mine, Commercial or Auditor Accountant.
2. Minimum work experience of 5 years, in similar positions in the mining industry.
3. Intermediate-advanced English language proficiency.
4. Management of Office Advanced level.
5. Management of ERP SAP.
