Entel Empresa de Contact Center is currently looking for an IT Service Manager to perform the following functions:
- Design and implementation of technological solutions for our clients.
- Technological consulting with a business vision.
- Technology project management.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Academic Training: University degree. (Exclusive)
- Reference Specialty: Engineering Area, preferably Civil, Computer, Electronic or Industrial Engineering.
- Level of Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar positions (exclusive), preferably experience in the Telecommunications, IT, Call Center Services, Project Management sector. Experience in software development.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Tools: MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio.
