JEFE SERVICIO

Direct and control the execution of services and procedures that ensure the correct Operation of the Corporate Data Centers and their environments, manage and assign the specialists who will participate in the Administration and Operation of the climate, energy, space and security domains. Safeguarding the application of standards and compliance with the commitments established with the organization and contractors that use the service.

Training:
- Related career of at least 8 semesters, Electronic, Computer or Information Technology that manages Technological areas of Administration and Data Center Operation.

Experience:
- 5 years of experience in the management of operational continuity services of Data Center services infrastructure and high complexity server, administration of external services.

Knowledge:
- ITIL V.3 Certification (mandatory)
- Certifications, courses or experience in the management of Virtualized VIM platforms.
- Management of operational reporting of services.
- Experience in Team Management 7x24.
- Experience in the management or administration of virtual platforms.-
- Experience in design, management or administration of Data Center operation systems (Climate, Energy, Space and Security).
- Experience in generating manuals and procedures.
