Descripción
Redbanc is looking for a Monitoring Services Operator who will be responsible for providing technical support to the ATM monitoring services and the networks of the services provided by the Company, managing solutions to contingencies and queries made by internal and external customers, in accordance with the defined service quality standards.
Job requirements
- Professional technician from a professional institute or university with knowledge in computing and / or communications and networks.
- Two years of experience in support positions for the ATM network.
- Knowledge in transmissions and ATM's.
- Technical English.
- Good level of situation analysis and problem solving, autonomous and easy to interact with internal and external clients.
- Spirit of service and willingness to work in shifts.
- Ability and intellectual concern to acquire and derive permanently and quickly, new knowledge on specific subjects that are related to their activities.
- Knowledge in management (desirable)
- Knowledge in processes (desirable)
- Knowledge in ITIL Certificate in “ITIL IT Service Management Foundations (Desirable).
- Interpersonal communication skills.
Functions :
- Monitorear la red de ATM’s y las distintas plataformas de Redbanc, dando respuesta a requerimientos, consultas de clientes o usuarios de sistema, entregando solución de acuerdo al protocolo de atención definido por la Empresa.
- Entregar apoyo telefónico y técnico a los usuarios de la red cajeros automáticos de Redbanc y sus otras plataformas.
- Entregar soluciones eficaces a los clientes en relación a los estándares de atención definidos por Redbanc.
- Revisar el estado de los sistemas, verificando su funcionamiento para resguardar el buen funcionamiento de los mismos, detectando desviaciones y reportando a las áreas que correspondan los problemas que escapan a su ámbito de acción.
- Respond to requests at the request of users, ensuring that it is updated, complete and that it adjusts to the response times defined by the Company.
- Generate alerts in the ATM network, to escalate to specialist units of services and platforms, such as the Electronic Shielding service, among others.
- Carry out any other activity, similar in nature to the previous ones, that your boss requires.
