Senior Maintenance Planner -Hydrometallurgy Plant - Compañía Minera Centinela 4x3
Purpose of the position : To be support in the improvement and optimization of the planning and programming of resources (spare parts, materials, components, tools, support equipment, people, services and times of maintenance tasks) for the short, medium and long term, based on budget.
- Provide support to the Superintendency in the planning area, with an optimization view, identifying gaps and opportunities
- Generate optimization initiatives, with a focus on improving productivity and securing resources.
- Challenges with a focus on the mechanical line.
- Ensure inter-area coordination to synchronize arrests
- Train junior staff by transferring best practices of the role (technical advisor)
- Civil Engineering or Execution, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
- Have 10 years of experience in the field and at least 4 years in Planning in client companies.
- Knowledge in planning of mining plants and maintenance engineering of the processes associated with mining equipment, administration and planning concepts.
- Critical path management and knowledge in Reliability.
- Management SAP PM.
- Desirable intermediate English.
- Class B license, of at least 2 years to qualify for the internal license.
- Availability to work on site under the 4x3 shift system, in the second region.
