Psicólogo área organizacional en Valdivia (22 hrs) – Oportunidad para personas con discapacidad

Within the framework of Law 21.015, which encourages the hiring of people with disabilities into the world of work, we are looking for an organizational area Psychologist for a private non-profit organization related to the Chilean social security system with a national presence and more than 2 million affiliates.

The objective of the position is to provide selection and consulting services, satisfying the requirements of the Companies, contributing to the achievement of area goals.
We are looking for flexible, empathetic, responsible people, with the capacity for self-management and teamwork.

The main functions of the position are:
 Application of the corresponding psychometric tests according to the evaluation request.
 Management, operation and application of VTS in evaluations: Sensotechnical, Heavy Psychosensotechnical, Light Psychosensotechnical
 Carry out the corresponding interviews according to the requested evaluation.
 Preparation of psycho-labor and compliance reports
 SAP Registry
 Support in the preparation of EPT

Requirements:
- Qualified psychologist or psychologist (exclusive)
- Office (user)
- SAP (desirable)
- Knowledge Selection test
- Ideal experience in recruitment and selection.

Additional information:
- Working hours: 22 hours a week that can be distributed from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
