Roles and Tasks:

  • Customer service and product demonstration in the office.
  • Keep an updated shift log (the log describes any movement of clients, whether office visits, pending responses, etc., so that when the other person enters the other shift, he knows what everything is (and so do we).
  • Generation of new clients.
  • Inventory maintenance and updating.
  • Operational maintenance of the office (cleaning coordination, giving notice of a lack of cafeteria items, etc.).
  • Customer service via online chat on the website.
  • Preparation and coordination of dispatches.
  • Maintaining inventory of materials to prepare dispatch
