At BICE Kaufmann we are looking for professionals of excellence who want to join a large financial institution.
We invite people with at least one year of experience in telephone collection in banking or related companies, to perform the following functions:
- Attention to clients in default
- Negotiation of payments and exit alternatives to unpaid debts
- Proposal of payment plans and renegotiations
It is exclusive to have experience in telephone collection and have carried out payment re-negotiation processes.
