Descripción
We invite you to join the team as AGF Accounting Analyst for our Headquarters, your main functions being:
• Calculate the Quota of each of the Managed Funds.
• Generate the monthly Financial Statements (FECU) for each of the Funds.
• Maintain the parameters necessary for the correct accounting of each one of the events corresponding to the movements of each of the managed funds.
• Validate the items generated during the Financial Administrative Process with their respective supporting documents, as well as generate the respective accounting vouchers.
• Send the daily fees through the SEIL system, authorized for this by the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance.
• Periodically issue the required reports to the Superintendency of Insurance and Securities or other local regulatory entities.
• Issue periodic reports to this submanagement, which relate to the Fixed Daily Remuneration, Variable Remuneration, and Collection of Expenses.
Your skills and experience
• Mantener actualizada los registros contables que se generan a partir de los movimientos diarios de los fondos mutuos administrados por la Administradora General de Fondos, además es la persona responsable del cálculo de cuotas de cada uno de los fondos, como de sus estados financieros, según lo regula la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros. Validar los registros contables que se generen en forma automática, así como efectuar los registros contables directos que se produzcan en el Proceso Administrativo Financiero, realizar oportunamente.
• 2 años de experiencia al cargo
• Conocimientos de Sistemas Contables
• Formación Profesional en el área de Contable-Auditoria.
