Execute the actions contemplated in the respective Community Relations Plan, contributing to the implementation of the Relationship Strategy with the Metro de Santiago Community and the positive public positioning of the company both in its current operation and in the development of its projects.

Training:
-Professional linked to social sciences (journalist, psychologist, sociologist, anthropologist, social work, political science, lawyer).

Knowledge of:
-Methodologies and mechanisms of citizen participation.
-Methodologies and mechanisms of dispute resolution
-Communication management
-Knowledge of social network dynamics
-Design of crisis communication strategies. Design, formulation and evaluation of participatory social projects.
-Public politics.
-Development and management of databases.
-Email system and office suite (word processor, spreadsheet, presentation design).

Experience:
- From 4 years of experience in positions related to external communications and / or corporate affairs.
- Communications (social and interpersonal)
- Territorial work.
- Design and implementation of social projects.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution.
