We are a company dedicated to the production, distribution and commercialization of The Coca-Cola Company's products, part of a group that has operations both in Chile and in Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Project Coordinator, in order to:
- Ensure the implementation of the communication plan (recognitions, awards, internal / external communications, activations, others).
- Coordinate and carry out the logistics associated with the plans (transfers, tickets, accommodation, coordination with organizations, tables, hotels, events center, etc).
- Manage KPIs (identify KPIs, collect information, generate monthly, semi-annual, annual reports).
- Follow up on progress (minutes, reports, follow-up to agreements, gantt, plan).
- Continuously carry out a Benchmark on the subject of D&I and other initiatives (updating of information, data, trends, research).
- Manage Suppliers (manage budget, make payments, etc).
Requirements for the position :
- 4 years of experience
- Knowledge in project management and indicator management
- Experience implementing diversity and inclusion projects, sustainability, human resources, or CSR
- Advanced management of Office and other tools for data management
- Experience in cross-cutting projects with different areas of the organization, in highly-endowed companies
- Work experience with various stakeholders and levels of the organization
- Fluent English
- Availability to travel
