Falabella SA, the company's largest market capitalization of Chile and matrix of the Falabella Group requires a Support Engineer for Management Marketplace Corporate that will have as main functions:
-Have ease of understanding and achieve an expert use of Seller Link tool Marketplace Falabella.
-Receive and filter from Seller Link users from the different countries where there is Falabella Marketplace, the tickets and problems given the use of the tool.
-To be able to train Falabella Corporativo users in the correct use of the Seller Link tool.
-Detect opportunities for in-depth solutions to the problems that you will receive on a day-to-day basis.
-Keep our users (areas) informed of any eventuality, of possible problems that may affect the use of Seller Link.
Requirements:
-Desirable 2-5 years of experience.
-Experience in support at the level of functional filters.
-Proactivity and ease generating support networks.
