Ejecutivo/a Atención de Beneficios – Oportunidad para personas con discapacidad

Metro de Santiago is in search of a Benefits Service Executive whose mission is to provide care for Metro workers, giving guidance on the proper use and administrative management of the different benefits and existing agreements, in such a way that workers receive their benefits and benefits in time and quality.

Among its main functions are:

- Attention to workers (in person or remotely) and resolve queries about benefits and activities in the area.
- Manage claims related to the service, monitoring and responding to workers.
- Develop the tasks of the administrative processes necessary for the benefits bonuses, either with the Compensation Fund, or other institutions or areas of the company.
- Maintain updated administrative records necessary for the proper functioning of the area.
- Coordinate administrative processes with other areas or suppliers linked to the management of benefits.
