Descripción

We are looking for a FOOD PLANNING EXECUTIVE to perform the following functions:

- Application for tender and requests for quotation or incorporation and / or modification of food services.

- Preparation of the structure of the services by tender and their implementation.

- Creation of cost budgets of food raw materials by service.

- Simulation of menus, generation of reports and costs associated with the materials and products involved in the planning of services.

- Coordination of the implementation of the proposed menus, by award or renewal.

- Coordination of the delivery of quotation of raw materials and supplies necessary for the presentation of commercial offer of services.

- Field work for the start-up.

Requirements of the position:

- Graduates from a career such as Nutrition, Nutrition Technician or Food Engineering.
- 1 year of experience in charge and similar functions.
- Office handling.
- Excel intermediate level.
