We are looking for a FOOD PLANNING EXECUTIVE.

Main Responsibilities

  • Application for tender and requests for quotation or incorporation and / or modification of food services.
  • Structure preparation of the services by tender and its implementation.
  • Creation of cost budgets for food raw materials by service.
  • Simulation of menus, generation of reports and costs associated with the materials and products involved in the planning of services.
  • Coordination of the implementation of the proposed menus, by award or renewal.
  • Coordination of the delivery of quotation of raw materials and supplies necessary for the presentation of commercial offer of services.
  • Field work for start-up.

Profile Requirements

  • Graduates from a career such as Nutrition, Nutrition Technician or Food Engineering.
  • 1 year of experience in charge and similar functions.
  • Office handling.
  • Excel intermediate level.
